Welcome to FcC (Mittal Education). By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. SERVICES

FcC provides online educational courses including coding, AI, and related subjects.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users must provide accurate information and use services responsibly.

3. PAYMENTS

All fees must be paid in advance. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. CANCELLATIONS PLOICY

Once fees is paid for the class it will not be cancelled , but the credits can be converted to another course or for other child in any course FcC is offering

5. CLASS CONDUCT

Students must maintain discipline during live classes. Misconduct may lead to suspension.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (videos, materials) belongs to FcC and cannot be copied or distributed.

7. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FcC is not liable for any indirect damages arising from service use.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of terms.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We may update terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by laws of India.
